📦 Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Products should be returned in resellable condition with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing packaging may not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., treats, food, supplements).
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., grooming tools, litter boxes, bedding once opened).
  • Customized or personalized items.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse return shipping costs.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
